COVID-19
Please be advised that this business complies with all QLD health recommendations for COVID SAFE practices. If you are unwell or have been in contact with a positive case please reschedule your appointment. This salon adheres to strict hygiene practices and thoroughly cleans between each client, to comply to density requirements only 1 person is allowed in the salon at a time. Please bring your own mask to your appointment, sanitiser will be provided to you on arrival. Thank you for your understanding and compliance on this matter.
New Clients
All new clients will be required to pay a $50 nonrefundable deposit to secure the appointment time. A link will be sent to you via PayPal to confirm the payment and secure your appointment.
No shows
If you are a “no show” to your appointment, you will be required to pay a $50 non refundable deposit to re-book your appointment.
Cancellations
All cancellations will require 24hrs notice, please ensure you contact me as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment.
Appointment room
Please note, no children under 16 will be permitted in the appointment room for safety reasons.
After Care
You will be provided a complimentary lash cleanser, cleansing brush & two spool brushes on your first appointment. Please ensure you follow your cleansing instructions provided to you on the day of your appointment.
I encourage you to keep your cleanser bottle and I can refill your cleanser for you when you run out.
Please do not use micellar water or oil based makeup removers on your extensions as this will effect your retention.
Swimming and silk lash extensions
Please ensure after ANY swimming in either the beach or a pool you rinse and/or cleanse your lashes immediately. The chemicals in pools and salt dramatically effect the glue and Faux silk extensions, you wouldn’t leave a silk blouse in a bucket of bleach, so please do not leave swimming pool chemicals on your lashes!
Please try to keep your hands off your extensions, do not pick pull pluck or rub them. If they are irritating, itchy or hurt contact me straight away and I will try my best fit you in as soon as possible and rectify the potential issue.
